’Death Claims’

For a death claim to be made the one who you wish to claim must be:

1- Unclaimed by another

2- Accepting of the claim

3- Not someone who has claimed you

Those are the three rules of a claim, For a claim to be made you must:

1- Prepare a piece of paper with the persons name.

2- the name must be written in your blood.

3- You must drop the piece of paper into the ocean

4- The you must speak these words “Davy Jones! Hear my words! May you let me claim this soul? Let me bring this soul to the Flying Dutchman! Seas! Hear my words! May you give me the honour to send this soul to your embrace?”

5- if you hear the wind and thunder cackle and you hear the rain and waves crashing. then your claim, was granted.

If you have been claimed then a black spot will appear on your left hand. The waves and wind will tell you who is out for your head

’Crimes Against Davy Jones And The Sea’

Crimes against Davy Jones and the Sea are the worst thing you can do. For the Sea’s and weather will always be against you and your own Klabautermann will abandon you. Davy Jones will forsake you and you will be destined to end up in Davy jones locker.

If you wish to avoid this fate then follow these rules:

1- Do not kill those who have been claimed.

2- Do not disrespect those who are in mourning .

3- Do not break the pirate code.

4- Do not break a swear to the sea

Follow these three rules and you’ll avoid the wrath Of Davy Jones and the Sea.

’The Colour Of Sails’

The colour of a crew’s sails are very important. You must remember what each colour means.

White Sails: Has no meaning.

Red Sails: This crew is extremely likely to attack, There sails are red as not to have to clean the blood from them all the time

Indigo Sails: This crew is currently in mourning

Black/Purple Sails: This crew is fully equipped to fight and is currently preparing for war

Remember and heed the colours of the sails for it may save your life.

‘Guiding Wayward Souls’

There are times when someone from a crew dies and there crew don’t know. So it is common for allies or just anyone close to the crew to go and tell them.

This is the correct way to tell a crew about their crewmembers death.

“from Davy Jones I come bearing news.“

Is the first thing you say, next is-

“a soul was taken from us far too soon.”

If they were killed. But if it was natural causes, you would say -

“Davy Jones came for a soul.”

Afterwards one of the crew shall ask

“what does the sea floor say of this soul?”

You are to respond with-

“it speaks of a life that was never shackled to land”

“What does the Ocean say of this soul?”

“it speaks of a soul who lived and grew on it”

“What does Davy Jones say of this soul?”

“Davy Jones speaks of a soul who shall rest and forever live on, on his Flying Dutchman”

After that, you tell them the name of the person you tell them exactly what happened and then you leave them alone, Until they finish mourning.

‘Swears To The Sea’

Swears to the sea are dangerous and can be easily broken, Yet it’s one of the simplest traditions

How to make a swear to the sea:

All you must say is “I swear on Davy Jones and the Sea-“ and then state your promise.

Example “I swear on Davy Jones and the Sea I will keep you safe”

Swears to the sea should done with the utmost importance. To make a swear to the sea is to sell your soul.

‘Basic Speech And Sayings’

When greeting someone you say:

”The winds sing a greeting!”

The response is-

“And the waves sing back!”

When bidding someone farewell you say:

“May the winds flow in your favour”

The response is-

“And may the stars guide your nights”

“You’re knocking on Davy Jones locker”

Means that you’re/look like your about to die

“The Kraken is coming for you.”

Is a threat that means that someone is coming for your head

“By the sea’s!”

Is used the same way as ‘Dear god!’

Child of the sea is used to describe people that have given their lives to the seas

Pirates, marines, sailors

That’s all. If you have anymore questions ask your captain.
